The Company "Shubhalakshmi Polyesters Ltd." started as a trading company in India , In 1989 had set up the first manufacturing Plant at Daman.
Between 2005-2007 the second manufacturing plant at silvassa was commissioned manufacturing speciality yarns like Monofilament, Airtextured yarn,draw twisting and draw texturizing yarns. Promoters vision lead to the setting up of most modern backward Integration Plant at Dahej in the year 2013 with CP ( Continious Polymerisation } .This plant is equipped to produce Pet chips, Poy, Polyester staple fibre, FDY, DTY YARNS of very high quality.
Cumulative capacity of Silvassa and Dahej (Gujarat) is around 3,46,000 MTPA for manufacturing of Textile-Grade PET Chips, Partially Oriented Yarn (POY), Fully Drawn Yarn (FDY), Textured Yarn, Air-Tex Yarn, Polyester Staple Fiber (PSF), Polyester knitted fabric and other specialty yarns. The products find its application in manufacturing of yarns for home furnishing, Fashion wear, Technical & Industrial textiles etc. Today,The company is one of the largest integrated manufacturer of polyester products in India.
Our advanced winding machinery comes from leaders in the industry like Oerlikon Barmag (Germany), TMT (Japan) and Beijing Chonglee Machinery Engineering Co. Ltd. (China).
A variety of value added machineries like Draw Texturising from Alidhra/ Bhagat, Twisting from Alidhra/ Weavetech, Air Texturising from Aiki/ Alidhra and Splitting from AIKI.
